SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer via UPS or FedEX ground. Larger quantity orders may ship Common Carrier to the US with no extra fees.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, Purchase Orders and Checks. Orders paid by check will be processed when check clears.

RETURN POLICY
Returned goods are excepted under these conditions: The customer will be reimbursed of all charges except shipping & handling and a 30% restocking fee will apply after inspection is cleared by the mill. Returned goods must be returned in new unused condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving product. No returns on custom orders. Shipping and handling as well as a 30% restocking fee will be charged if parcel is sent back to the mill after attempts to deliver have been made.
